  • How does the car wash work?
    First you will be greeted by an attendant where they will prep the front and back of your car for the wash. Then a Team Member will guide you into the car wash conveyor. Once in position, you’ll put your car in neutral, take your foot off the brake and hands off the wheel. Your car will be guided on our conveyor through multiple stages of treatments, rinses and coatings to get your car cleaned, shined and dried.
  • Is your car wash touchless?
    Our wash isn’t touchless but is equipped with state of the art equipment including brushes created of technical materials specifically designed to gently cleanse vehicles. We safely wash hundreds of vehicles every day.
  • Do you have any vehicle restrictions?

  • Do you have Fleet Plans?
    At Raindrop Car Wash, we have variety of plans to meet the specific needs of your business. Please visit the Fleet Plan page on our website or call 205-814-1000.
  • Can I clean the inside of my vehicle?
    Yes! We offer complimentary vacuums and other amenities, such as microfiber towels, window cleaner and all purpose cleaner!
  • How do I submit a damage claim?
    To submit a damage claim, please notify an attendant on site about your damage. They will collect the pertinent information and photos of your vehicle that will then be sent to our Customer Experience Team. Please allow 1-3 business days for a response or resolution by email!
  • How do I follow up on a damage claim?
    To follow up on your damage claim, please email customerservice@raindropcarwash.com.
  • Do you offer interior cleaning services?
    We do not provide interior detailing, however, we offer plenty of complimentary amenities for you to utilize to get your care spic and span!
  • What form of payment do you take?
    We accept credit and debit cards and cash at any of Raindrop Car Wash locations.
  • How do I sign up for the Unlimited Membership?
    Visit any Raindrop Car Wash location or purchase online. Select the membership plan you want and pay with a credit or debit card.
  • How do I pay for my Unlimited Membership plans?
    The credit or debit card used when you join the membership plan will be charged monthly on the anniversary date.
  • How often can I wash my vehicle with the Unlimited Membership plan?
    You can wash once a day, every day during our opening hours.
  • Where can I use my Unlimited Membership plan?
    You can wash at any of Raindrop Car Wash locations. To find your nearest location, click here.
  • Can my Unlimited Membership plan be used for more than one vehicle?
    Your Unlimited Membership plan is for one vehicle. You can add additional vehicle to your membership plan at a highly discounted rate. Please visit our Family Plan page for more information on how to add additional vehicle to your plan.
  • How do I cancel my Unlimited Membership plan?
    You can cancel your membership plan on our website or call 205-814-1000. To cancel online, click here.
  • How long does it take for my plan to be canceled after request?
    For processing time, any updates to your membership plan including cancellation will be completed within 7 working days.
  • What if I change my mind to stay on my plan after I submit my cancellation request?
    We would be happy to have you return as a member. Simply visit our website to re-enroll or call 205-814-1000.
  • Will I receive an email confirmation after I update my credit/debit card or cancel my plan?
    Yes, you will receive an email confirmation upon any request regarding your membership plan.
